All of the serviced and self-catering accommodation promoted by Yorkshire South Tourism participates in the National Quality Assurance scheme and has been assessed by either Visit Britain or the AA. The grading each property achieves is highlighted by ‘star' ratings and, where outstanding service is demonstrated, by Silver or Gold awards. Star ratings for Hotels and B&Bs are awarded from 1 star (basic facilities) to 5 star (luxury facilities).
