Business is blooming at Mount Pleasant
The Four Star Mount Pleasant Hotel, Doncaster is no stranger to accolades - only a few weeks ago the hotel was awarded Premier status by Best Western. This time however the gardening gloves are on and a delighted hotel team have found out they are once again finalists in a competition they are no stranger to!
Richard Tyas, the hotel's General Manager is hoping that it's fourth time lucky for the hotel in the Yorkshire in Bloom Awards, "We have received two silver gilt and one third place for our past work with the gardens here. Last year our decorative wicker screens that surrounded the building work for the new reception and lounges were mentioned. This year with all that work completed we are really aiming for Gold - we are also the only South Yorkshire finalist in our category. Everyone has worked extremely hard once again and we are looking forward to the Judges' visit."
The Mount Pleasant has participated in the category for residential accommodation with more than 20 rooms for the last three years.
