More Britons and foreign visitors have been flocking to England's tourist attractions, according to an annual survey by tourism body Visit England. The survey identifies the top ten paid for and free attractions accross the England and lists Sheffield Winter Garden in the top ten free attractions alongside the likes of The British Museum and the Tate Modern.
