Sheffield 2018 - we're backing the bid. Are you?

The team behind the England bid for the 2018 FIFA World Cup has requested the support of 15 cities from across the UK, to apply to become a World Cup Host City.  Sheffield is one of these cities.

The scale of the competition, and the requirements of a Host City are such that if Sheffield is successful, the impact and benefits will be felt across the whole YS region with facilities and accommodation across Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham being used as well as those in Sheffield.

It is now up to Sheffield to show mass support for the 'Sheffield 2018' campaign and the city is urging fans to register their support on the England2018 website to bring the FIFA World Cup^TM to England and see World Cup games hosted in Sheffield.  Every in in the country has a part to play - so add your name to the list of supporters now.
