REGIONAL LITERATURE EXCHANGE - WEDNESDAY 18 MARCH 2009 11.00 am - 1.30 pm

In partnership with all Yorkshire's Tourism Partnerships

The Regional Literature Exchange organised by YTB in association with the Yorkshire Tourism Partnerships provides the ideal opportunity for you to ensure that your literature is available at the region's Tourist Information Centres. In addition, accommodation providers are also invited to come along and collect literature for their own use.

Put simply, we will provide you with a space including a table and chairs and all you have to do is come along with your literature and be ready for the Tourist Information Centres and accom-modation providers to collect brochures - with TICs having been given the chance to pre-order.

Exhibitors are restricted to three pre-order titles only. However, other titles may be brought along on the day. Please indicate the leaflet names on the booking form. These will then be circulated to the TICs for pre-ordering purposes. Prior to the event, set-up details will be sent together with notification of requirements regarding bulk orders. Please also remember to bring along additional leaflets for accommodation providers who will be attending on the day to collect literature for their own promotional purposes.

This event is free of charge to Attractions, Events Organisers and Tourism Destinations. Simply complete and return the attached Booking Form by 5 December 2008 to benefit from this opportunity.
