Conference Yorkshire South offers conference organisers a fully managed Accommodation Booking Service, ensuring each of your delegates find their ideal hotel to suit their requirements during their stay.
Our free service includes:
- Checking availability at relevant hotels
- Negotiating Accommodation rates specific to your conference
- Provisionally block booking rooms at hotels (with no obligation) to ensure we can accommodate all of your guests
- Preparing booking forms for your delegates
- An online delegate booking service including written confirmation to all delegates.
- Advice and support for delegates on any special requirements.
We can also assist with discounted rail travel from many destinations with all hotel reservations made - please ask for details.
We are happy to extend this service to organisers who have already sourced a conference venue.
